About KV Patiala No.2 Chandigarh

K.V. No. 2 founded on the 21st day of November1986 under Project Kendriya Vidyalaya scheme. Shri K. B. Kapoor , then CAO extended all help in opening thisVidyalaya.He was the first chairman of the Vidyalaya. The Vidyalaya began with 256 students, 12 teachers headed by Principal P. N. Singh. There were classes from I to VIII.
At present the Vidyalaya has classes I to XII withScience-Medical, Non-Medical and combined, commerce and human stream.
